A dynamic opportunity is available for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support Pre K6th-grade students at Adventure Elementary, located near Denver, CO. This full-time, contract role serves a diverse caseload of approximately 40 students with speech and language needs ranging from mild to severe. The position is ideal for both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced professionals.
Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, providing direct speech services, and documenting service notes. Monthly speech minutes apply, and for students whose IEPs include only speech services, the SLP will serve as the case manager. The caseload currently includes about 10 Pre K students. Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates will receive supervision from the district.

Qualifications And Experience
- Holds or is in the process of obtaining Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure as an SLP or SLP CF.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience working with a range of mild to severe speech and language impairments in school-aged children.
- Commitment to working full-time with monthly speech minutes documentation.
- Ability to engage with a diverse student body and collaborate in a school team setting.
- Two-step interview process: initial 15-30 minute screening via Teams with the director of integrated services, followed by an optional 30-45 minute panel interview (in-person preferred, virtual possible).
- Pre-screenings are typically scheduled on Mondays or Fridays.
- Candidates currently relocating or progressing through CDE certification are encouraged to share their status during application.
