Speech Therapist in Arlington, TX

A temporary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support a K-12 school in Arlington, TX. This contract role is for a maternity leave coverage, offering an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to student development in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student performance and treatment plans.
• Participate in meetings related to special education services and student progress.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist Certification with a CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage a caseload and deliver high-quality speech therapy services.
