- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders for students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Document and maintain accurate records of student performance and treatment plans.
- Participate in meetings related to special education services and student progress.
- Valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist Certification with a CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage a caseload and deliver high-quality speech therapy services.
- Flexibility to work onsite and remotely one day per week.
