Speech Therapist in Albertville, AL

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Albertville, AL, supporting a learning center caseload within a school setting. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 23, 2026, serving a diverse group of students with speech and language needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 49 students.
• Support a high-needs student population primarily in 5th grade or below, with some high school students included.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' specific needs.
• Collaborate with educators and other school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
