Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 49 students.
- Support a high-needs student population primarily in 5th grade or below, with some high school students included.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' specific needs.
- Collaborate with educators and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies.
- Valid Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
- Position is onsite in Albertville, AL.
- Some flexibility for hybrid or voice-over-client options may be considered based on candidate availability.
