Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech-language services to students with mild to moderate caseloads; some severe caseloads may be present.
- Provide itinerant therapy, traveling between multiple school sites throughout the county.
- Collaborate with school teams, including support and supervisory roles for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) if applicable.
- Maintain compliance with California SLP licensing requirements and school district protocols.
- Utilize experience with CA Schools and SEIS (Special Education Information System) preferred for effective service delivery.
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (CCC-SLP preferred).
- Willingness and ability to travel across various district locations daily, with some assignments involving potential schedule and site changes.
- Experience working in school settings preferred; familiar with IEP processes and managing caseloads involving diverse speech and language needs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage itinerant services efficiently.
