About the Role
We are actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K–12 students in a welcoming school district near Cattaraugus County, NY. This position serves students with a broad range of communication needs, including speech and language disorders and autism spectrum disorder.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows, with supervision provided in a collaborative, school-based environment.

Job Description:

• Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy to K–12 students
• Support students with diverse needs, including autism and social communication challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
• Track student progress and adjust services as needed

Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible for or holding New York State SLP licensure
• Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply (supervision included)
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping students succeed in educational settings
