About the Role
We are actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K–12 students in a welcoming school district near Cattaraugus County, NY. This position serves students with a broad range of communication needs, including speech and language disorders and autism spectrum disorder.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows, with supervision provided in a collaborative, school-based environment.
Job Description:
- Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy to K–12 students
- Support students with diverse needs, including autism and social communication challenges
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
- Track student progress and adjust services as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for or holding New York State SLP licensure
- Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply (supervision included)
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping students succeed in educational settings
