Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - San Tan Valley, AZ

This contract opportunity in San Tan Valley, AZ, seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive care in a school setting. The role focuses on supporting students with speech and language challenges through targeted therapy and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Deliver therapy sessions aimed at meeting specific speech and language goals
• Monitor and accurately document student progress and outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic care

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and family engagement
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology for the state of Arizona
• Hold or be eligible to obtain a Masters Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
