- Flexibility to work across elementary, middle, and high school levels
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress regularly
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to the needs of students with ASD, articulation difficulties, and other speech-related challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
- Monitor and adjust interventions to maximize student outcomes
