This contract role is for a speech-language professional to provide direct services on-site, supporting a diverse caseload throughout the academic year from ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY). The position replaces existing VOCO SLPs and involves working closely with students, educators, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and individualized therapy to students across K-12 grades
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize evidence-based strategies and interventions to address communication disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) from ASHA
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF or CFY)
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings as an SLP
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on-site at the school location in McKinleyville, CA
