Qualifications or Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active Massachusetts license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working in a school-based or adolescent-focused environment strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to high school students as indicated by their IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized goals and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
