Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Skills And Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience working with early elementary or PreK populations preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement creative, individualized therapy plans

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to a caseload of PreK–2nd grade students
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and support inclusive learning environments
• Monitor and report on student goals and outcomes throughout the school year
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
