Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cavalier, ND

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates welcome to apply
• Prior experience in school settings is strongly desired
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy for students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Write, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create supportive learning environments
• Offer consultative support and training to staff and families as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
