Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grades
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech-language intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Stay current with best practices and relevant therapies in speech-language pathology
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with a diverse student population in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage caseload effectively and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
