Speech-Language Pathologist in Winder, GA

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, school-based contract position focuses on delivering impactful speech-language evaluation, intervention, and consultation services throughout the 2026–2027 academic year. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students with diverse communication profiles.
• Develop, adjust, and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals tailored to student needs.
• Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language pathology services within school settings.
• Maintain meticulous records, documentation, and progress monitoring reports to ensure compliance.
• Engage in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents.
• Offer practical recommendations and expertise to educators, supporting students’ classroom success.
• Track student progress and refine intervention strategies to maximize outcomes.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Georgia SLP license and/or educator certification in accordance with regulations.
• American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in schools is beneficial, though candidates with strong pediatric backgrounds will be considered.
