Speech Language Pathologist in Urbana, IL

A bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a school contract position in Urbana, IL. This role focuses on providing specialized speech and language support to a diverse student population from early childhood through 8th grade, with a particular emphasis on Spanish-speaking students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to a bilingual caseload (Spanish-English), serving approximately 10-15 students.
• Support a monolingual caseload as determined by part-time or full-time status, potentially working with up to 40-45 students total.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique communication needs of students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student progress.
• Monitor student performance and maintain accurate records aligned with educational standards.
  
  

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Fluent bilingual skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Assignment Details
