Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility upon start
- ASHA CCC preferred, but strong CFY candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in working with school-aged children with varied communication needs
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
- Evaluate and identify students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress, and session notes
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and professional development as needed
- Consistent full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week throughout the school year
