- Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Providing direct therapy to help students achieve speech and language goals
- Keeping thorough and accurate documentation of student progress
- Consulting and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated support
- Engaging with families, offering education and guidance to maximize therapy success
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities
