Speech Language Pathologist in Odessa, TX

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school location in Midland, TX, with a contract term through May 23, 2025. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a student caseload of 60-65 individuals, primarily onsite.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population
• Supervising up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Collaborating with educators and staff to support student communication goals
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Ability to manage and prioritize a substantial caseload effectively
