We’re searching for enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who hold their CCC and bring a passion for making a daily impact in schools. Multiple positions are available, including both full-time and part-time schedules—ideal for SLPs at all stages of their careers.
Openings span Broomall, Upper Darby, Drexel Hill, Aston, Ridley/Woodlyn, and Springfield. As part of an itinerant team, you’ll travel between designated pre-schools, collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to deliver high-quality speech and language services.
What we’re looking for:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Strong background in school-based or pediatric speech-language services
- Flexibility to travel between assigned preschool locations
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfort working with diverse disorders, including those in low incidence populations
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress
- Consult and collaborate with parents, educators, and other related service providers
- Complete accurate and timely documentation for each student
- Assist with IEP development and participate in meetings as needed
