Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group speech therapy services to K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Conduct assessments and track student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
- Maintain compliance with licensing and state regulations
- Valid Washington State SLP license or willingness to obtain it promptly
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Ability and willingness to complete fingerprinting through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
- Experience working with school-aged children in speech therapy services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
