Speech Language Pathologist in Lakewood, WA

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Lakewood, WA, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This onsite role offers a structured contract position running through June 12, 2026, with a caseload of 45-50 students. The position is ideal for dedicated SLPs looking to support diverse student needs within a school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group speech therapy services to K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Conduct assessments and track student progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
• Maintain compliance with licensing and state regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State SLP license or willingness to obtain it promptly
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Ability and willingness to complete fingerprinting through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
• Experience working with school-aged children in speech therapy services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
