Speech Language Pathologist in Jacksonville, AL

This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position based in Jacksonville, AL, serving primarily elementary schools within a school district. The role involves providing both Extended School Year (ESY) and Non-Extended School Year (NSY) services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across 7 schools, with a focus on 4 elementary schools.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student communication goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid SLP certification with CCC, CFY status, or equivalent school-based credentials.
• Experience in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children.
• Ability to work full-time hours, approximately 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
• Note: Candidates holding SLPA certification will not be considered for this position.
