Speech Language Pathologist in Denver, CO

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the remainder of the school year in Denver, CO. This contract position offers the chance to work within a supportive school district dedicated to student progress and professional collaboration.

Ideal candidates will hold either a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or be currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience in school settings is highly desirable to effectively address the communication needs of students across various grade levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children within the school environment
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement therapy strategies
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing student support services
  
  

Qualifications

• SLP-CCC or currently completing CFY
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
