Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Grand Island, Nebraska

Position requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

We have two full-time positions available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for the 26-27 school year. We Are Seeking Candidates For

• Position 1: Full-time SLP serving elementary students
• Position 2: Full-time SLP focusing on Early Childhood (up to 5 years old)
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active SLP license—CFY or CCC accepted
• Previous experience or comfort working in a school setting
• Passion for empowering student communication and growth
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Commitment to onsite service (virtual services are not an option)
• SLPAs are not considered for these roles
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide thorough speech and language assessments for assigned students
• Develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy for speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
