Position Overview
- Full-time, school-based SLP or CFY position
- One school site
- K–5th grade caseload
- Resource setting
- Caseload of approximately 25–30 students
Schedule
- 35.5 hours per week
- Hours: 8:25 AM – 4:00 PM
School year assignment:
- Start Date: 8/17/2026
- End Date: 5/28/2027
New staff training: TBD
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student progress goals
Qualifications
- Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
