Speech Language Pathologist 2026-2027

We are actively hiring a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Hastings, Nebraska for the 2026–2027 school year. This on-site SLP position focuses on early childhood intervention, working with children from birth to 5 years old to support foundational communication and developmental skills.

Position Details: Early Childhood SLP (Ages 0–5)
•Provide services to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children (birth to age 5)
•Deliver early intervention and speech-language therapy services
•Conduct evaluations and monitor developmental milestones
•Support development of early communication, articulation, and language skills
•Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and early childhood teams

Responsibilities
•Deliver speech-language therapy services in an early childhood setting
•Conduct evaluations, screenings, and developmental assessments
•Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and IFSPs
•Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
•Collaborate with teachers, early intervention teams, and families
•Support children with speech delays, language development needs, articulation, and social communication challenges

Qualifications
•Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
•Active Nebraska SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
•ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CF candidates may be considered)
•Experience in early childhood, pediatric, or school-based settings preferred
•Strong communication, collaboration, and family-centered care skills
