Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customized instruction that meets the individual needs of students with moderate to severe disabilities.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to promote success.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment supportive of diverse learners.
- Active Massachusetts license or certification in Moderate or Severe Disabilities required.
- Previous school-based teaching experience in special education is essential.
- Ability to pass a CORI background check and submit fingerprints (letter of suitability from a previous employer may be accepted).
- Comfortable participating in a Zoom interview as part of the hiring process.
