This opportunity is for a Special Education teacher position located in Lancaster, PA, serving the Bausman area and surrounding communities. This is a full-time, direct hire role available for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year with multiple openings ready to be filled immediately.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborating with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies to maximize outcomes
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations

• Possession of all required Pennsylvania clearances
