Key Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education Professional Teacher License with Generalist Endorsement (5-21).
- Proof of application for the license and endorsement if not yet fully issued.
- Experience with Specially Designed Instruction and supporting students on alternative standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary IEP teams.
- Ability to provide detailed insight into instructional practices and strategies used within special education.
- Not eligible: Travelers, substitute licenses, temporary licenses, interim licenses, or positions allowing virtual/hybrid work.
