Key Qualifications:

• Valid mild/moderate special education credential
• Experience working with K-5 students in mild/mod caseloads
• Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and differentiated instructional strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored instructional plans for students with mild to moderate disabilities
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to meet student needs
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation including IEPs and progress reports
• Participate in school-wide activities and professional development
