Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) based on assessments and student needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress.
• Provide direct instruction and interventions in an elementary resource setting.
• Monitor and document student performance and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations relating to special education services.
