Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support early childhood students with special needs
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to both individual and group learning objectives
- Collaborate with families, staff, and support personnel to promote student growth and inclusivity
- Monitor and document student progress with ongoing assessments and adapt strategies as needed
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education services
- A valid Delaware teaching license is required to be considered
- Dual licensure in Special Education and Early Childhood Education is highly preferred; however, candidates holding either license may also apply
- Experience working with early childhood special education students is essential
