Special Ed Teacher - Corvallis, Oregon

A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available in Corvallis, OR, supporting K-5th grade students within a Life Skills classroom. This contract role begins in the second semester with the potential to extend into the next school year.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering specialized instruction tailored to students individual education plans (IEPs) in a Life Skills classroom setting
• Collaborating with school staff, families, and related service providers to support student development
• Adapting lessons and materials to meet diverse learning needs and abilities
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Experience teaching K-5 students, particularly in Life Skills or similar special education settings
