A special opportunity is available for speech-language pathologists to support student success in a K-12 school environment in Grand Island, NE. Two full-time, on-site positions are open for the 2026-2027 school year, each focusing on a unique student population.
One position focuses on delivering speech-language services to elementary school students, providing essential support to foster communication skills during critical developmental years. The other role serves early childhood students up to 5 years old, laying a strong foundation for language and speech development at an early stage.

Qualifications And Experience
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or working toward a CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Experience in school settings highly preferred
- Ability to work full-time, on-site, with no virtual or remote options
- Familiarity with early childhood or elementary education settings depending on the placement
- Commitment to delivering whole-child focused speech-language interventions
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders in assigned student groups
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting in compliance with school and district policies
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
