In this role, you’ll provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation services as part of a collaborative team. You’ll develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to help each child reach their potential, offering direct and indirect speech-language therapy in both individual and group settings. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to organize and manage a caseload of elementary students
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver therapy services according to students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation on student progress
