Key Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to student growth
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans effectively
  
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, monitor, and document progress towards IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support initiatives
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success
