- Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech and language concerns
- Write and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Adhere to all school policies and state regulations
- Provide onsite services only; remote work is not available for this position
- Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a focus on school-based practice
- Licensure with Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience providing speech therapy services in K-12 educational settings
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload involving elementary and middle school students effectively
