School Speech Pathology | Grovetown, Georgia

An opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist to support elementary, middle, and high school students within a school district in Augusta, GA. This position involves providing comprehensive speech therapy services across multiple school sites.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering direct speech therapy to students with diverse communication needs
• Conducting speech and language evaluations
• Writing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collecting data to monitor student progress
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to implement effective intervention strategies
  
  

This is a full-time contract role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Candidates should be prepared to work primarily onsite, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule (three days onsite, two days virtual) considered.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Georgia Speech Language Pathology license
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working within school settings providing therapy to children at different educational levels
• Ability to manage caseloads and adjust therapy plans based on evaluation results and student needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation requirements
