Responsibilities Include
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to students grades K-12 in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Administering assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting student progress.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to foster comprehensive care.
- Maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based therapy services.
- Three full days at one high school.
- One and a half days at an elementary school.
- Half a day at a second elementary school.
- Valid license or certification as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites efficiently.
