Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services in compliance with student IEPs
- Collaborate closely and receive ongoing supervision from licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents, particularly in high-stress or crisis situations
- Manage caseload and document services in accordance with school and district policies
- Travel between multiple school sites as needed
- Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, or Associates degree from an SLPA program
- Active SLPA license or certification
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time during the school year
