Qualifications & Experience Desired
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for practice in California (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and effective documentation
- Provide direct therapy and intervention for students with communication disorders
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Engage in professional development and ongoing education practices
