Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide professional recommendations
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to address speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders for diverse student populations
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in K-12 settings
- Knowledge of educational guidelines and regulations related to speech and language services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage caseload and maintain thorough documentation
