Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the individualized education planning process
- Valid SLP certification and licensure eligible for the state of Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Prior experience working in school settings is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of speech and language assessment tools and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to manage caseload and maintain detailed records efficiently
