Key Qualifications
- Hold an active Colorado SLP license with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Recent experience in school-based SLP roles, ideally serving diverse student populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to work onsite during standard school hours
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic success
- Keep accurate service logs, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings to provide expert recommendations and ensure student-focused care
- Contracted full-time employment for the 2026-2027 school year
