Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process and service delivery
- Ability to effectively serve students with mild to moderate needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
- Provide IEP-mandated therapy and interventions to students ages 12-21
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update IEPs
- Monitor and document student progress toward speech and language goals
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and individualized treatment plans
- Engage with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success
