Qualifications & Experience

• Active SLP State License and current Educator Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in a school setting or with elementary school students is ideal
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Dedication to fostering student growth and advocacy in speech-language development
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations as needed for a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Track and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and attendance
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Deliver services onsite, following school hours from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
