A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Lees Summit, MO, supporting an early childhood center within a specialized program for students with autism. This role focuses on providing therapeutic services to a caseload of approximately 35 young learners, emphasizing individualized communication development and support.

- Deliver skilled speech-language therapy tailored to early childhood students diagnosed with autism
- Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices to enhance communication outcomes
- Collaborate with educational and clinical staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings and engage in continuous professional development
- Valid Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience working with early childhood populations, particularly children with autism
- Familiarity with AAC devices and their application in therapy
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with young children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Location: Lees Summit, MO (onsite)
- Duration: Immediate start through the end of the school year (approximately May 28th)
