An exciting full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Midland, TX, for a contract position running through May 23, 2025. This role involves working onsite within a school environment and managing a caseload of approximately 60-65 students. The position requires an SLP license and experience with supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), typically no more than two.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population.
• Manage and maintain a caseload of 60-65 students with varying needs.
• Supervise up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Clinical Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly desirable.
• Experience working in school settings.
