Qualifications And Desired Experience
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Wyoming SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with school-aged children, including conducting assessments and developing IEP goals
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt instruction to a diverse caseload
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions targeting speech and language needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
