Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Active or eligible state licensure for speech-language pathology
- ASHA CCC’s preferred, but not required; Clinical Fellows welcome
- Previous experience in school settings is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students of varying ages
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy interventions in both individual and group settings
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and regularly report on student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families to provide holistic support
- Educate teachers and families on strategies to support students’ speech and language development within classroom and home environments
