Key Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Active or eligible state licensure for speech-language pathology
• ASHA CCC’s preferred, but not required; Clinical Fellows welcome
• Previous experience in school settings is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  
  

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students of varying ages
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy interventions in both individual and group settings
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and regularly report on student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families to provide holistic support
• Educate teachers and families on strategies to support students’ speech and language development within classroom and home environments
