Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required
- State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in a school or clinic setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans for a range of student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of 15 students with diverse communication needs
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Collect and maintain detailed documentation on student progress
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Offer guidance and resources to support families and educational staff
