Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student communication development
- Deliver direct therapy services in person, ensuring hands-on support and progress tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school policies and legal requirements
- Valid SLP certification/licensure appropriate for school settings
- Experience working with K-12 students in speech and language therapy
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
